My Favorite Fall Fashions

...and all I can think about is sweater and boot weather. 

What is your fall style? Are you the oversized sweater kind of girl? A studded boots girl? Or are you the clunky heels and tights kind of girl? This lovely lady is Victoria, author of Lost in Boston, a newer blog that keeps me going back for more.

Weekend Wrap-Up

June was probably not the right month to make a daily blogging promise.  I spent this whole week doing last minute party planning and while it wasn't good for the blog it was good for the party, which was a success :)

The party was on Saturday, but her birthday was technically on Sunday, Father's Day.  Needless to say, Joe and Olivia had an extra special weekend.  Since this week was so hectic we decided to spend our Sunday relaxing at home, eating cake, and playing with all of Liv's new toys.

 

This weekend was great, I cherished every moment.  Joe leaves next Sunday for Texas; he's going to be working there for 3 weeks.. I'm going to miss him so much.   Every time I think about it I tear up, hopefully I can find a lot of fun activities for Olivia and I to help time go by quickly.

What will I do without my goofy JoeJoe?

Dropped the Ball...

Well, I dropped the ball, I know I did..  I made a promise to type every single day in June and I missed yesterday; for good reason, though.  Olivia threw up a few times the other day, but seemed fine other than her tummy hurting so I assumed she just ate something that didn't agree with her. I was wrong.  Joe and I caught whatever she had, but it seriously only lasted 1 day.

 Other than that, I've had a great week.  Things are starting to come together regarding Olivia's birthday party, I've gotten everything almost completely organized for my garage sale tomorrow, and my shop has been doing pretty well despite my lack of promoting it.

My shop has consisted of Lip Balms, Body Scrubs, and Lotion Bars this past year, but lately I've expanded.  I now offer tinted Mineral Lip Shimmers and Hand & Cuticle Balm Sticks, but I'm thinking of making a "pregnancy line" of citrus & minty lotions and scrubs.  My poor feet and calves hated life during the last few months of my pregnancy and minty lotions definitely helped, so maybe some organic minty lotions will be of interest..? Any thoughts on this mommy bloggers?
