The New Year brings many people a whole new attitude and outlook on life. I can't say how many stick with that positive feeling but, for me, this year will be different. Let me explain..
I am a stay at home mom and have been for a year and a half now; my daughter is 2.5. At first I enjoyed it, but soon found myself hating the person that I had become. I was boring! I fell into a funk. However, over the last year, I have successfully overcome all of the negativity from myself and others(nothing mean or malicious, just trying to find my correct happy place and where I fit in). My life is finally where I want it to be and this year is my fresh "beginning," back to being the positive, fun, loving, happy person I always was.
To make sure I stay positive, I need to make myself feel good on a daily basis (it could be something little.) I put makeup on every morning and make sure my hair looks cute, even if I am staying in and typing a blog post. Something as small as a little bit of blush and some mascara can make a huge impact on anyone's mood/attitude. Maybe it isn't makeup for you.. What about a morning yoga session? A mini spa exfoliation treatment before bed? A long warm shower? It could be anything.
Sticking to my positive attitude, I am going to share some my favorite feel good products with you over the month of January.
I will holding a Giveaway every Friday this month!
Today's giveaway features some of my favorite hair products.
Organix Repairing Awapuhi Ginger Shampoo & Repairing Awapuhi Ginger Conditioner, valued at $15.98
Not only do these products smell amazing, but they are highly effective at softening and rejuvenating dry, coarse hair. They are made from natural ingredients and use eco-friendly packaging, definitely a plus!
